Shipping & Returns b2b

Please send a request email to our address (email), specifying the order number, the codes of the defective items, and attaching photos along with the reason for the return request.

Once we receive the contested defective products, they will be inspected to verify the defects. You can then choose either a refund or a credit note to be used on your next purchase.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return and refund requests made after this period will not be considered, so please always check your order upon receipt.

Defective products to be refunded must be sent back. We will not consider refunds or disputes for items that are not returned.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If products are not returned in their original condition, a handling fee of 20% will be charged.

We will not refund products that have already been sold by you to one of your customers, regardless of the issue.

If this is your first order, you have the right to a free return, with the return shipping costs covered by us. In other cases, return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
